Reminder: Congres over herstructurering
na-oorlogse wijken
Het vierde ArchitectuurNL Congres staat in het teken van herbestemming na-oorlogse wijken. Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog begon een nieuwe toekomst. Bij een nieuwe toekomst hoorde de Wederopbouw, waarin volkshuisvesting met nieuwe opvattingen over wonen volop aandacht kreeg.
De herstructurering van na-oorlogse wijken betekent vaak een meer op de individuele lifestyle gerichte woningbouw. Verdunnen of verdichten, en de verhouding daartussen, het zijn de kernbegrippen van die herstructurering.
Sprekers
Dinsdag 11 november 2008 vindt het ArchitectuurNL Congres plaats in de Agora te Lelystad. Sprekers zijn onder andere; Olof van der Wal, Jurgen van der Ploeg, Bas van Vlaenderen, Anne Lacaton & Philippe Vassal, Joop Nuyens, Anita Blom en Donald Lambert.
Het congres wordt afgesloten met een vurige discussie door Jim Schuyt en vier jonge architectenbureaus.
